My Favourite Homemade Hydration Drink



On Saturday, Tracy made me a new hydration drink that I absolutely love and of course it comes with a myriad of health benefits. It tastes great and is so good for you.

Here’s the recipe:

• 90 ml of Tart Cherry Juice Concentrate

• 750 ml of water

• 1 teaspoon of Celtic Sea Salt Vital Mineral Blend

Not only does it taste good but it is well documented that cherry juice is anti-inflammatory, enhances exercise recovery, supports heart health, supports your joints while providing pain relief and will also improve your sleep quality.

Sea salt maintains sodium balance in the body while containing other important minerals for your health such as potassium, magnesium and calcium, which are important electrolytes.
