Getting Out Of A Funk
Yesterday morning I woke up in a bit of a funk. Nothing too bad, just felt in a fog & couldn't seem to shake it. It was most likely from the MSG in the sour cream & onion chips I snacked on during the Jays Game the day before - MSG & me don't mix.
Below is a quick video recorded post hike with how my morning played out & what supported me to shift out of the fog.
We all have days when we don't feel as great as we'd like, mentally. The key is to take action and work to get out of that funk, as opposed to allowing yourself to wallow.
