One on One Coaching

One on one support will keep you accountable and you will develop into the runner you always knew you could be!

Guided Runs

Whether you're on the treadmill or hitting the pavement, enjoy professional run coaching with motivation, form cues & energizing music directly in your ear to become a stronger, faster and healthier runner!

PRICING

Personalized Run Coaching

$195 + tax / month

  • 1 Weekly call to discuss all aspects of your training.

  • 3 runs will be sent to you each week tailored to you, your goals, your life and your progress.

  • Communication via email or phone as needed during the week to be sure you are on track!

Guided Runs

$15 / month unlimited access

  • 20 - 60 minute guided run access

  • Great music, form cues & motivation

  • Additional member perks

 

About Mike

I have coached runners of all levels for over 20 years and my focus has always been on supporting you with a plan that has you enjoying your running, getting stronger, staying injury free and never feeling like it is taking control of your life.

My strength is in my positive approach, sincere motivation as well as a wealth of experience as a runner and coach.

When choosing to work with me personally, all you have to do is run! I look after everything else so you can focus on your life and your training. My commitment is a method of coaching that is positive and motivating, while you benefit from my many years of experience as a runner and coach and enjoy every step of the way.

That same commitment is present in the guided runs. Motivation, music & run form cues are designed to keep you hitting the pavement & having fun!
